Amazon Prime Day 2019 was a huge success

Amazon today announced that Prime Day 2019 was the biggest sales event ever for Amazon devices in India. Over 1 million visitors came to Amazon.in during the two-day sale, and the Echo Dot and Fire TV Stick with Alexa were the top-selling devices.
"We are thrilled with the response to Prime Day 2019," said Amit Agarwal, Senior VP and Country Head, Amazon India. "This year, we saw more Prime members shopping on Prime Day than ever before, and we are excited to continue offering them exclusive deals and benefits throughout the year."
In addition to the Echo Dot and Fire TV Stick with Alexa, other popular devices on Prime Day 2019 included the Kindle, Fire tablet, and AmazonBasics products. Prime members also saved big on a wide range of other products, including fashion, electronics, home goods, and more.
